SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties Chili Challenge for Hospice

SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties participated in the 30th annual Hospice Chili Challenge on 2/18/17. This year we made Creole Chili and decorated with a Mardi Gras theme. We had a great time and were happy to help raise funds for such a worthy cause.

Creole Chili Recipe

 1 lb ground beef

12 oz andouille sausage

1 green pepper

1 onion

1 can crushed tomatoes

1 can Rotel

1 can black beans

1 envelope creole spice mix

Brown ground beef, sausage, pepper and onion.

Mix all ingredients in crock pot and simmer for 8 hours on low.
